We opened our doors in September 2013 and gave Executive Chef Alan Hope & Head Chef Gregory Ferguson the task of creating menus that would suit everyone’s palate and budget while maintaining the very finest quality.
We have left the cocktail list in the hands of our award winning team. They have a passion for creating amazing drinks and over the past few months of experimenting have come up with a great new drinks list with something for everyone.
We insisted he use the finest ingredients Northern Ireland has to offer and we believe
the menus really reflect that.
